Dear customer
With regret we must inform you that we have been suspended from E-Bay for 14 days
This is the 3rd time we have been suspended for very trivial reasons, the first one was because we used the word Catheters, the second time was because we did not have a current telephone number on our registration that was some 5 years prior even when the were sending us e-mails every day, and now the third time for listing items that were not approved by the manufacturer, even though we are a liquidator and try to sell items that suit the e-bay regulations to the best of our ability
The suspensions from E-Bay are without substance and we try to cooperate both with E-Bay, and any company that has any complaints. We appreciate that this market is quite sensitive in the items that can be placed on E-bay therefore we try our best to satisfy all parties
We are still in business and if you are looking for items please contact us directly at: sales@granite-grp.com or sales@h-cas.com we will work with you to fill your needs. If you send us a list of the items you are looking for we will try to fill those needs at pricing that is not available anywhere on the internet
